INIC3639F is an USB3.2 Gen1 interface bridge controller for SATA Gen3 storage device applications. These controllers offer cost-effective and high performance applications include USB Disk or other USB storage devices.
Figure 1.1 shows one of INIC3639F controller’s typical applications.
INIC3639F has an embedded 8051-CPU for USB protocol management and application specified programming. It also provides rich general purpose input/output (GPIO) resource as well as peripheral interfaces such as SPI bus.
INIC3639F manages interface protocols, data storage & retrieval, error detection &correction, defect handling & diagnostic, and power effective management.
INIC3639F includes INIC3639PN-FS and INIC3639PN-FL.
The INIC3639PN-FS is a QFN40 pin package chip, which without Type-C function. The INIC3639PN-FL is a QFN48 pin package chip, which support Type-C function.

1.5 UART Interface
UART interface integrated for debug purpose. Baud rate can be adjusted by firmware to fit to the host’s speed with flexibility. Max up to 1Mb/s Speed.
1.6 PWM Driver for LED/Motor Control
Special hardware engine for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) function. Driving LED with fantastic mode, or Driving Motor with desired mechanistic operations.
1.7 Power Regulator
On-Chip 5.0V to 3.3V LDO power regulator.
On-Chip 5V to 1.0V Switching regulator.
